Meat Fight Chef Trading Cards

Meat Fight, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit that is dedicated to helping people living with multiple sclerosis stay active while supporting research for a cure.

Every November Meat Fight holds their namesake event and pulls out all the stops to make it their biggest fundraiser yet. In 2024, we set out to make the experience even more memorable by creating collectible cards and celebrating the wonderful chefs who donate their time and skills to the cause.

The design of the cards was heavily inspired by traditional basketball and baseball cards and bold geometrical graphics and style.

The biggest design challenge for the cards was creating a system that was cohesive under the Meat Fight event branding, but still categorized and distinguished each team competing.

To achieve that, I chose to assign different colors to each team and apply it to a symbol on the top left of the cards.
